Printing
All images are professionally printed to order on premium quality, fine art cotton rag paper using archival quality inks. This delivers an image with a smooth, matt surface (non-glossy) and a detailed finish.
Each print is created with a white handling border within the paper size and will be hand signed on the front with the edition number and print name.
Packaging
Your print will be carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives in premium condition.
Recycled packing products are used whenever possible.
Delivery
Free shipping to anywhere in Australia.
Please allow between 2-3 weeks for your item(s) to be delivered by Australia Post. This timeframe allows for professional printing, signing and packaging your order.

Refunds and exchanges
Please choose carefully as all sales are final.
Refunds and exchanges are not offered for change-of-mind or improper handling while unwrapping, storing, framing or hanging your print.
In the unlikely event of your parcel arriving damaged, please notify me within three days by email (mhcreative@bigpond.com) and attach photos of the original damaged packaging and item for assessment.
Replacements or refunds are issued at my discretion.
Care instructions
Your print will be carefully wrapped for transport. Please unroll or unwrap gently and with care to avoid accidental damage.
Avoid excessive handling or touching of your print as natural oils from your skin can leave finger marks.
Always hang or display your print away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Professional framing is highly recommended to ensure your print is handled & preserved with care, ensuring its longevity as well as beauty.
